Eduard joined IHS Markit in April 2013, having previously been Director of Oil and Gas, Europe in London at the major US infrastructure company AECOM, which he joined in 2011. Prior to this he built over 15 years’ experience leading the sales and operations function for three listed companies culminating as Regional Manager for AMS 100 company Fugro in the Hague, the global technology-related business, from 2004 to 2011, where his region achieved a 5-fold increase in annual revenue. Between 2003 and 2004 Eduard was Upstream Account Executive for Halliburton, the NYSE100 upstream oil and gas Services Company and from 1997 to 2002 he was in downstream business. Eduard qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000, and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Academy of Economic Science in Burcharest.
